1. General

1.1. All terms and conditions contained herein apply to Golden Riviera and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the website and the material contained therein.
1.2. Promotions are valid only to a Player who registers a Real Account at this Casino.
1.3. Strictly one Real Account per individual is permitted.
1.4. Real Accounts must be registered in a Player's real name. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit card holder. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the credit card holder, on the credit card used to make purchases will invalidate the offer.
1.5. Golden Riviera casino management will be the sole judge of the promotional offer. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue, change or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified.
1.6. Playing at Golden Riviera is prohibited to all employees of Golden Riviera, including officers or directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, service providers, other affiliated companies and members of their immediate families.
1.7. Players must be over the age of Legal Majority i.e. Players must be an adult as the term is legally defined in the Player's jurisdiction. In all circumstances the minimum age for entry is 18, but the actual minimum age is determined by a Player's country's laws.
1.8. Players shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to participate in the games.
1.9. Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full force and effect. All dates and times stipulated in these terms and conditions are based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), unless otherwise stated.
1.10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of casino management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
1.11. Participation in any promotion is subject to acceptance of the casino's Terms & Conditions.
1.12. Golden Riviera’s Terms and Conditions may be published in several international languages for information purposes and ease of access by Players. In the case of any discrepancy between an English and non-English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall always take precedence.
1.13. If, while playing at this casino, a Player wins a sum regarded by the casino management as worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to make him/herself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the casino. At all times, the casino will do its utmost to protect the Player's privacy.
1.14. By accepting any prize or winnings from Golden Riviera, the Player consents to the use of his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. While the casino protects all personal data entrusted to us we reserve the right to use the Players first name and first initial of surname (e.g. Britney K) in any casino announcement regarding promotion results.
1.15. If a Player opts to take the advice or opinion of a Player Support agent, this is their prerogative. In the instance that there is Player Support assistance and a dispute arises, casino management's decision will always prevail.

2. Wagering

2.1 Minimum Wager Requirements
Our Bonus System gives Players more control over their account with a Bonus Account Balance and Cash Account Balance. The Player can convert their Bonus casino credits into Cash casino credits once the wagering requirements have been met. This has many advantages including the following:
2.1.1 Players can see which credits are Bonus credits and which are Cash credits.
2.1.2 Players can keep track of the wagering requirements to know when the Bonus credits become Cash Credits.
2.1.3 Players can keep track of the different wagering requirements on different games to convert the Bonus credits sooner.
2.1.4 Players know when and how much they can cash in.
2.1.5 Please note the minimum deposit value in order to receive a bonus is $/€20 and minimum withdrawal amount is $/€20.

2.2 Rules
2.2.1 A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a Bonus account balance.
2.2.2 A Player's Bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
2.2.3 A Player's Cash Account may only be cashed in once the balance of the Bonus Account is zero and 100 or more bets have been placed since registration.
2.2.4 Bonus amounts credited to a Player's Bonus account are subject to: 40 times (40X) play-through is required on promotional Bonuses. 50 times (50X) play-through and 100 bets on the welcome offer and any match bonus of 100% or more. All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days. Wagering requirements may vary on promotional Bonuses.
2.2.5 Take note that some games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering. Slots, Parlor Games count full (100%) to wagering requirements All games under the "Classic Slots" and “Other Games” tab count 75% All Live Dealer Roulette and Live Dealer Blackjack count 10% All live dealer Baccarat and Casino Hold ’em 5%
2.2.6 Note: The Wagering Requirements are subject to the Bonus amount and not the deposit amount.
2.2.7 As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player's Bonus account to their cash account.
2.2.8 Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The Player can use either their Bonus or their cash account.
2.2.9 Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's Bonus account are credited to their Bonus account.
2.2.10 Where crediting a Player's Bonus account with winnings would result in the Bonus account exceeding the size of the original Bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account.
2.2.11 Please Note: the "Gamble" Feature on Slots and the "Double" feature on Video Poker, do NOT count towards wagering requirements. Only initial bets count and any double up instruction thereafter is issued to the Cash Account balance.
2.2.12 Should a player not meet wager requirements; the casino is entitled to remove the applicable Bonus within 30 days.
2.2.13. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is €$7.50 (SEK/NOK 50). This includes double-up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
2.2.14. Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Player Support or use the forfeit button under the ‘My Account’.

2.3 Cash-ins
2.3.1 You shall not be permitted to make a cash-in should you have a positive bonus balance.
2.3.2 A 24-hour pending period will be imposed for all cash-ins.
2.3.3 Should the Player decide to reverse a portion of their cash-in during the 24-hour pending period, or requests part of the cash-in to be token refunded after the 24-hour pending period, the Bonus confiscated will not be credited back to the Players Bonus account. The Player forfeits the Bonus.
2.3.4 The events mentioned above require the Player to complete wagering requirements.
2.3.5 The above points are subject to the casino management's discretion at all times.
2.3.6 Suspicious cash-ins will be audited.

2.4 Scratch Card Rules
2.4.1 All bets on any Scratch Card game are final once the Scratch Card has been issued/purchased. No refunds will be issued prior to or after the Scratch Card has been scratched.

3. Promo Abuse

3.1 Golden Riviera management reserves the right to determine whether play has been deemed to be promotion abuse even though there may have been compliance with the above terms and conditions. In addition, non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be promotion abuse. As such in both of these cases, Golden Riviera management has the right at its sole discretion to take the following action against such abusers:
3.1.1 If identified as a Bonus abuser Golden Riviera reserves the right to deny a Player any Bonus on initial deposits. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the Player will not benefit from the Bonus-promotion judged to have been abused;
3.1.2 In certain instances where abuse of Bonuses on a player's accounts is detected, it may result in the player’s account being closed with immediate effect;
3.1.3 Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at any of our Vegas Partner Lounge casinos:
3.1.4 In the event that the casino deems a Player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up Bonuses, will be suspended until such time as the Player demonstrates a purchase history at the casino;
3.1.5 Golden Riviera contributes to and makes use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters. Individuals known from this database will not be eligible for any promotional offers and the casino reserves the right to lock their account and refuse access to the casino:

4. Bonuses and/or Promotions

4.1 Bonuses – General
4.1.1 Please note that Wagering Requirements apply to all of these Bonuses. If it seems that there are any discrepancies, all decisions will be at Management's discretion to review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Management's decision will be final.
4.1.2 NOTE: If a Player does not wish to receive a Bonus from the casino, the player should contact Player Support before he makes a purchase or before wagering.
4.1.3 Each individual player may only claim the welcome offer once.
4.1.4 Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus and or any deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated: Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central Africa, Croatia, Georgia, Poland, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Portugal, Serbia, Latvia and Thailand.
4.1.5 When referring to amounts in promotional material, currencies are always, unless otherwise stated, given in Euros and/or Dollars.
4.1.6 The Welcome Bonus offer is sequential and can only be claimed in the order illustrated on the promotions page.
4.1.7 The maximum Bonus is displayed in the table above.
4.1.8 This offer is only valid for the depositor and is not transferable.
4.1.9 All withdrawals will be subject to an audit by the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to reclaim the Welcome Bonus and any winnings and/or close an account in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.
4.1.10 The Welcome Bonus offer may not be claimed in conjunction with any other promotions currently offered by Golden Riviera and is subject to ongoing review. The casino has the right to change the offer and its terms at any time.
4.2.1 Should a withdrawal be submitted before the Welcome Bonus is credited to the Bonus Account, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.2.2 All Bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements.
4.2.3 In order for any bonus to be claimed the correct bonus code must be applied before depositing.

4.3 Free Spins
4.3.1 Any promotional Free Spins offer is subject to standard wagering requirements, which is 40 X the winnings resulting from the Free Spins Bonus.
4.3.2 Any promotional ‘Zero Wager’ Free Spins offer winnings will be credited straight to your cash balance but are limited to €/$200.
4.3.3 The total winnings on all Free Spins (whether this is the initial offer or subsequent promotional offers) are limited to €/$200. Should the Player win in excess of €/$200 the excess will be removed from the Players account before fulfilling the cash-in.

4.4 No-Deposit Bonuses/Complimentary Bonuses
4.4.1 To claim, Players need to register at least one credit card or make a successful prior purchase using any banking method before qualifying for a Bonus.
4.4.2 Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings on all NO-DEPOSIT Bonuses are limited to €/$200. Should the Player win in excess of €/$200 the excess will be removed from the Players account before fulfilling the cash-in.
4.4.3 Minimum initial Bonus wager requirements and minimum cash-in requirements apply.

4.5 Weekly Bonuses
4.5.1 Weekly special offer Bonuses will be subject to the Player activating the Bonus with a code or via opt-in.
4.5.2 Strictly no backdated Bonuses will be allowed/credited. Any purchases made prior to successfully activating the promotion will not qualify for any related purchase Deposit Bonuses, regardless of the promotion's valid dates provided.
4.5.3 All Multiple Bonus Daily Offers, the full deposit amount required for that Bonus must be wagered through at least once (1x) before the next offer can be claimed.
4.5.4 At certain milestones in the customer life cycle, customers may receive bonus offers of 100% and more. Any winnings off these bonuses, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

4.6 Bonus Abuse
4.6.1 Bonus abuse is the ability to benefit from a Bonus or promotion through the lack of good faith with respect to the Promotional Terms.
4.6.2 In the event that the casino believes there is Bonus abuse or attempted Bonus abuse the Casino may, at its sole discretion:
- deny, withhold or withdraw from the player any Bonus or promotion
- rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently
- terminate player access to the casino and lock the player's account

The Casino will be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in the player's casino account, other than the original deposit amounts, less the costs incurred by the Casino.

4.7 All play will be reviewed for irregular playing patterns before any cash-ins will be processed.

As per the Casino's policy on fair gaming, irregular game play includes:
- equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting for Bonus play-through requirement purposes
- placing single bets equal to, or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the Bonus credited until the wagering requirements for that Bonus have been met

The Casino reserves the right to withhold any cash-ins and/or confiscate all winnings should it be deemed that irregular game play has occurred.
